Originally built in 1892, the ΑΔΦ Mansion is located at 2422 Prospect Avenue, one block south of Memorial Stadium. We are within short walking distance of the south side hubs of food and entertainment.

All residents of the Chapter House receive utilities at no extra cost. In other words, electricity, water, and garbage service, are covered as a part of your rent. As an additional bonus, we have a weekday chef and a wireless network with broadband internet access. We are the only Greek house in Berkeley with a pool; and yes, it's heated. The house is situated on a double lot with twenty car parking-lot.
